My friend ordered few items for me from Mayfair Stockings. Upon recipient, we realized that two pairs of silk stockings (cost of 100 pounds) were too big for my height and weight. I immediately contacted the company asking for exchange. I was advised by Lucie that they don't exchange, but they will provide refund upon recipient of the items. My friend used the address on their Return page and went to the post office to ship it at his own expense. Few weeks later he received the package back, marked 'address gone away'. We were furious, not only we were not refunded but also paid for another shipping in vain. I contacted the company again and Lucie suggested me to send the items to their new address (who knows how many times they changed it and / or will change again). They think that people have nothing better to do than chase them all over England and throw money for nothing. We opened a dispute with the credit card to deal with this company. I don't know about the quality, but I would definitely not recommend doing business with Mayfair Stockings.
